Refund & Return policy

At kderma-global.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Products and Pricing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@kderma-global.com with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account — sometimes it takes time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is processed.
  • Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kderma-global.com.
